Home / Services Services The Area Agency on Aging provides a variety of services to meet the needs of you and your loved ones. Our Aging Disability Resource Center (ADRC) provides you with professional, one-on-one consultations, giving you access to information on in-home care and community resources. ADRC can answer all your questions and give you the next steps to your long-term healthcare plan. If you or your loved one needs more in-depth assistance and planning or if you would like to apply for services offered by the Area Agency on Aging, our Long-Term Care Consultation nurses can provide you with a free in-home assessment. All assessments are with a Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant who will thoroughly assess your situation and provide you with a healthcare plan tailored to your needs. The Elder Rights Division provides services for those using long-term care such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or the PASSPORT home care program. The Elder Rights division includes the Ombudsman program, an advocacy program that allows you to act as representatives for consumers of long-term care. This program specializes in relocating nursing home residents to home and community based settings and offers educational opportunities for Medicare beneficiaries.
