Q: Where can I find the Assisted Living Program rules?
Q: What is the reimbursement an Assisted Living Facility will receive after they accept an enrollee?
A: The reimbursement rate a facility receives includes the room and board payment of $573/month (paid by the enrollee) and a daily rate for services (paid by the program) that is based on the level of service an enrollee needs.

Q: How much income is an Assisted Living Program enrollee entitled to keep monthly?
A: Each Assisted Living enrollee is entitled to keep $50/month as a personal needs allowance.
